The Game
Eve's Journey is a story-driven adventure game that puts you in the role of Eve, who sets out on a journey to uncover the mystery behind a seemingly bottomless pit which has erupted in her hometown. Mysterious events has surfaced since the appearance of the pit, and if nothing is done soon, there may be severe consequences all over the land - is that why the authorities are being so secretive?
Gameplay
Travel with Eve to the village shrines in the North, East and South with an offering which can hopefully calm the earth. Along the way, interact with villagers, learn about their troubles and help them out, while uncovering pieces of the mystery.
Status
You can play chapter 1. I estimate around 30 minutes of gameplay, depending on how detailed you are in exploring and reading. Let me know in the comments, if you are interested in a full game to be developed!

Install instructions
Download, extract zip, run the file called EvesJourney.exe. The build is currently only made for PC.

Really great premise, loved some of the characters, please say some are them references what and who I was thinking about haha.

True, Eve definitely dresses like Red Riding Hood. However, I don't think there will be a wolf to follow up on that reference, hehe.
And yes, the guild members are very inspired by Jessie and James. I thought that they could add some humor and reappear in future chapters to cause some trouuuuble~
I may just have to add that sprint button and maybe optimize some of the quests so the player doesn't have to walk around THAT much.

Played a bit of this, enjoying what I’m seeing so far. When I get a bit more time I plan to play it all the way through. It’s put together well from what I’ve seen of it so far, good job looking forward to having the time to do a complete playthrough.
